Your First Visit

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out our new patient form. You can also download the form and fill it out in advance.

*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.

Initial Examination

To start, your dentist will review your medical and dental history, then complete a comprehensive oral exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, bite and jaw, any required x-rays and an oral cancer screening. 

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will create a long-term treatment plan for you based on your exam and history. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

   Please contact our office during our regular business hours to book an appointment at Interlake Dental Centre,

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please notify us of any change in plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days before your appointment, you will receive a reminder from us via either text, email or phone call. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit. 

• Do you offer the procedure I need?

  At Interlake Dental Centre, our comprehensive dental services included a wide variety of preventive, restorative and cosmetic procedures for your whole family.

Insurance & Payment Methods

At Interlake Dental Centre, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, direct billing to insurance companies and financing so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.

• Direct Billing to Insurance

  We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.

  Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments. 

  Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

• Payment Methods

  Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility, and must be paid at the time of your appointment.

  We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or most major credit cards.
